U14: Grades 7 & 8
U12: Grades 5 & 6
U10: Grades 3 & 4
U8: Grades 2

US Lacrosse Membership - Prior to completing the registration process, all players are required to have a US Lacrosse membership which is valid through July 30, 2022. You may either go directly to the US Lacrosse website www.uslacrosse.org to renew or establish your US Lacrosse membership OR you will be prompted to the site from within SMLC on-line registration. Youth memberships are $30. This requirement is related to the club’s insurance policy.
Uniform - Uniform ordering will take place in late December/early January.
Confirmation - You will receive a confirmation email indicating that you are registered with SMLC.
Refund Policy:
U12 & U14 - Refund requests made before evaluations will be honored minus a processing fee of $50.00. Once evaluations have taken place and teams are announced, there is no refund.
U10 & U8 - Refund requests made by Jan 31st will be honored, minus a processing fee of $50.00. After Feb 1, there is no refund.
