**GIRLS U12 and GIRLS U12 on a WAITLIST, so please register to be added to the waitlist**  
We will add a team once we hit the number of players required.
 
U14: Grades 7 & 8:  $625 w/eligible discount(see above); $675* without discount (*price increases to $725 after 11/15)
U12: Grades 5 & 6:  $625 w/eligible discount(see above); $675* without discount (*price increases to $725 after 11/15)
U10: Grades 3 & 4:  $575 w/eligible discount(see above);  $625* without discount (*price increases to $675 after 12/10)
U8:   Grade 2:  $450 w/eligible discount(see above); $500* w/o discount (*price increases to $550 after 12/10)
Wolfpups: K & 1st:   $350 Wolfpups - (Separate Registration Link: click HERE)
 

US Lacrosse Membership: Prior to completing the registration process, all players are required to have a US Lacrosse membership which is valid through June, 2026. You may either go directly to the USA Lacrosse website www.usalacrosse.com/membership  to renew or establish your US Lacrosse membership OR you will be prompted to the site from within SMLC on-line registration. Youth memberships are $30. This requirement is related to the club’s insurance policy.

Uniform: We'll be using the same uniforms as last year. Uniform ordering is separate from the spring registration and will take place in late Dec/early Jan. ORDER HERE

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email indicating that you are registered with SMLC. Once registered, your child is guaranteed a roster spot for the spring season.  Every year, we end up with a waitlist at each age group.  We highly recommend registering early to avoid being placed on the waitlist. 

Refund Policy: Families may purchase insurance during registration to cover certain situations such as illness or injury. Here are the refund deadlines that are enforced:
>U10-U14 - Refund requests made on or before Dec 15 will be honored minus a processing fee of $50.00. 
>U8 & Wolfpups-  Refund requests made on or before Jan 15 will be honored, minus a processing fee of $50.00.  
 
Scholarships: For financial aid questions, requests, or assistance, please email the registrar at Registrarsmlc@gmail.com.  
 
Player Evaluations: Click HERE to view schedule & additional information. Evaluations are completely optional & are intended for  players who wish to be considered for an "A" team. Rosters will be posted the last week in January.
 
There are No player evaluations for Boys/Girls U8 & Wolfpups .
