  • Returning Players - Registration for “Returning” SMLC players opens on Monday, Oct 1, 2018. You are considered a returning player if you were a registered player in the 2017 season.  Boys and Girls player evaluations will be held on Dec 9th and Dec 16th.  See below for additional information on player assessment and team placement.
  • New Players - Registration for “New” SMLC players will open on October 8, 2018.
  • Logging Into The System - If you are having trouble logging in as a returning player and you have changed your email address since last season please try to log in using your spouse’s email or your alternative email. The on-line registration system will only recognize returning members based on the email address that was used for last season registration.
  • US Lacrosse Membership - Prior to completing the registration process, all players are required to have a US Lacrosse membership which is valid through July 30, 2019. You may either go directly to the US Lacrosse website www.uslacrosse.org to renew or establish your US Lacrosse membership OR you will be prompted to the site from within SMLC on-line registration. Youth memberships are $30. This requirement is related to the club’s insurance policy.
  • Proof of Date of Birth - During the Spring 2019 registration process, “new” players will be required to electronically upload a photocopy of government issued document (passport or birth certificate) confirming a player’s date of birth. Registrations will not be accepted without this document so we encourage families to prepare a scanned document prior to starting the process. The scanned image file should be of type .JPG, .JPEG, .GIF, .PNG or .PDF.
  • Uniform - We'll use the same uniform design as last year. If your childs uniform still fits, you're all set.  Uniform ordering will take place in late December.
  • Confirmation - Player Registration can only be made online. You will receive a confirmation email indicating that you are registered with SMLC. Registration is not complete until all the following items are completed on-line:

  • Renewed or Created a US Lacrosse Number that is valid through 7/30/2019.
  • Photo copy of government issued document confirming date of birth. (new players only)
